According to TSN.ua: From March 24 to 28, the Kyiv region will experience a warming trend with daytime highs reaching +19°C and dry conditions—no rain expected. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, daytime temperatures will climb noticeably: from 11–16°C on March 24–25 to a peak of 14–19°C between March 26 and 28.
Between March 26 and 28, overnight lows will range from 2°C to 7°C. In Kyiv itself, nighttime temperatures will rise from +1°C to +6°C, while daytime readings will hover between +13°C and +16°C. Importantly, no precipitation is forecast, so umbrellas won't be needed.
