A rapist of a 13-year-old girl was detained in Vinnytsia: the mother was giving birth.

According to ТСН: The court in Vinnytsia has decided to take into custody a 39-year-old resident of the Haisyn district, who is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.

According to the investigation, the crime occurred in August 2025, when the child's mother was in the hospital giving birth.

“The suspect, taking advantage of the mother's absence, who was in the hospital due to childbirth, committed rape against her minor daughter. The girl was only able to report the incident over time — first to her older sister, after which law enforcement was informed.”

The man has already been informed of the suspicion of committing the crime. According to the article he is charged with, the punishment provides for imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years.

It is also worth noting that in Rivne region, a 22-year-old young man was sentenced to prison for corrupting his biological sister.

In addition, there was an incident in Kyiv where a pedophile raped the 7-year-old daughter of his acquaintances and filmed it all.
