Porsche driver hit a woman and opened fire in Kyiv: details of the incident.

According to ТСН: In Kyiv, a 37-year-old Porsche Cayenne driver was involved in an accident at the intersection of Solomianska Square, after which he aggressively attacked other participants in the accident.

According to the Kyiv police, the man collided with a VAZ vehicle and several other vehicles. After the collision, he began to curse at the witnesses and punched a 26-year-old female passenger of the VAZ in the head.

Attack and firearms

When the VAZ driver tried to stop the attacker, he pulled out a traumatic pistol and fired two shots in his direction. The 22-year-old victim with a non-penetrating gunshot wound was hospitalized and given medical assistance.

Alcohol intoxication and detention of the offender

The driver showed obvious signs of alcohol intoxication and refused to take a test. Patrol officers drew up administrative materials under Art. 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The man was detained, and his weapon was confiscated. Investigators informed him of the suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—hooliganism with particularly audacious behavior and the use of weapons. The sanction of this article provides for up to seven years of imprisonment.

It is also worth noting that a serious accident recently occurred on Stepan Bandera Avenue in Kyiv, as a result of which a truck sustained significant damage. According to preliminary data, the driver in this accident survived.
