The pharmaceutical giant BaDM has allocated 75 million for the Ukrainian Armed Forces: How families of soldiers are being supported.
According to ТСН: The pharmaceutical distributor 'BaDM' actively supports the Ukrainian Armed Forces as well as colleagues and their families. Before Christmas, the company launched a new initiative to provide warmth and support to the families of defenders.
Geography of Care: from Lviv to Kharkiv
Recently, nearly 250 families of mobilized 'BaDM' employees received festive Christmas gifts. The initiative covered all regions where the company is present: gifts were sent to Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odessa, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Rivne, and Kryvyi Rih.
The company emphasizes that it has already become a tradition to show families that they are being thought of and to express gratitude for the courage of their loved ones.
Each gift package was carefully assembled to create a cozy atmosphere during family celebrations. The packages contained products ideal for the Christmas dinner, including real Panettone - one of the symbols of Christmas.
Comprehensive support at the front: figures for the year 2025
This festive initiative for the families of employees is just a part of a comprehensive strategy to support the military. Assistance to the Ukrainian army has become an essential part of 'BaDM's corporate culture.
Over the course of 11 months in the year 2025, the total amount of assistance to defenders was 75 million Hryvnias. The company emphasizes that this amount continues to rise as the extensive delivery of necessary equipment is constantly ongoing. The company provides units with vehicles, drones, Starlink communication systems, generators, protective equipment, medicines, and more.
One particularly important area remains the charity project “Farmsila”, which the company launched in 2023, and within which the pharmaceutical sector has united to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In 2025, 29,000 packages of medications were delivered to the front with a total value of over 2 million Hryvnias.
At “BaDM”, Ukrainian defenders are valued
In the 'BaDM' office, there is an exceptional exhibition called the 'Museum of Gratitude'. Here, battle flags, brigade badges, and trophies awarded by the military units that received support from the company are collected.
The most valuable artifacts are the autographs of fighters on the flags - these are names that have entered the modern history of Ukraine. This exhibition has become a powerful reminder for the team that daily work in the rear translates into real help at the front.
Systematic support for employees
“BaDM” emphasizes that festive initiatives are just a part of a comprehensive program. The company continually supports colleagues serving in the armed forces by providing assistance at various levels: from constant contact with fighters to food packages for families and gifts for children during holidays.
The most important message for the defenders remains trust in the future.
“It is important that each of our employees at the front knows: Their place in the team is secured – and they are expected here. Job security and constant communication with families are the foundation that allows the company and society to remain united in difficult times,” emphasizes the acting CEO Dmytro Babenko.
The company 'BaDM' actively shows support not only for the military but also for their families and contributes to creating a reliable support system in difficult times. This demonstrates the company's responsibility to society and its willingness to engage in important social initiatives.
In times of current challenges, the assistance that 'BaDM' provides carries special significance for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and their families, as it shows that they are not left alone even in difficult times.
