Schoolgirl received a court verdict for offensive broadcasting on TikTok.
According to ТСН: A schoolgirl from the Lopatyn Lyceum received a court verdict for her behavior on social media. During a live broadcast on TikTok, she not only used profanity but also publicly humiliated another child, threatening her with physical harm. The Radekhiv District Court qualified this as petty hooliganism.
The court ruling states that the 11th grader fully admitted her guilt and asked to avoid strict punishments. Her father noted that they had a serious 'preventive conversation' with his daughter at home.
Since the girl is a minor and does not have her own income, the judge decided not to impose a fine on her and to limit it to an official warning. She has 10 days to appeal the decision if she disagrees with it.
Incident in Ternopil
It is also worth reminding that in Ternopil, New Year celebrations among the youth ended in a brawl, resulting in a 16-year-old girl being hospitalized with multiple injuries. Law enforcement reported that the bodily harm was inflicted on the minor by her 21-year-old acquaintance.
These incidents, which occurred among youth, emphasize the importance of responsible behavior on social media and in everyday life. Authorities and parents must join efforts to prevent violence and protect teenagers from negative influences.
