Accident near Korosten: a number of trains are currently running with increased travel time.

According to ТСН: As a result of an accident on the railway near Korosten, in the Zhytomyr region, passenger trains are forced to run on detour routes. This leads to increased travel time.

According to the press service of "Ukrzaliznytsia", the trains currently do not pass through Korosten and follow temporary routes. "The extended route and the need for additional transfers increase the travel time," the company emphasized.

The State Emergency Service reported that the freight train derailed due to a "Shahed" drone attack. As a result of the incident, four employees of "Ukrzaliznytsia" were injured.
