The Function of Most Universities in Ukraine is Draft Dodge

Former Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Tymofiy Mylovanov, stated that most universities in Ukraine do not perform their functions and are engaged in draft dodging. He announced this at an innovation conference organized by Juscutum.

This statement caused a lot of stir, especially involving Mylovanov, who is the honorary president of the Kyiv School of Economics.

«Sorry, speak only within your own competencies. Are you the Minister of Education of Ukraine? Or at least the author of some works about the entire education system of Ukraine?»

«If draft dodging pains you so much, Mr. Tymofiy Mylovanov, why are you not at the front?»

«You probably also went into science to avoid the army and conscription during the war, and to make sure of it to 100%, you've also backed yourself up with a US passport.»

Earlier, Mylovanov also admitted that he could not defend his dissertation in Ukraine. He pondered whether to take the position of rector at KPI and propose a path for their development. He also recalled that eight years ago he became the president of the Kyiv School of Economics when the university went bankrupt and lost all its students. However, he rejected the idea of participating in the elections.

We remind you that the Ministry of Education and Science has prepared recommendations for higher educational institutions, including starting the academic year in August and studying on Saturdays. According to the Ministry of Education and Science, similar recommendations will soon be received by general secondary education schools.
