Advisor to the President of Ukraine on communications, Dmytro Lytvyn, explained that Volodymyr Zelensky personally approved the publication in which the Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin was called a 'dickhead'. He shared this on social media X, responding to users' questions.

Thus, people's deputy Roman Hryshchuk from the presidential party 'Servant of the People' asked Lytvyn how the press service decided to publish a post with obscene words.

In response, the advisor to the head of state explained that everyone actually supported the president's assessment.
'This is literally his (Volodymyr Zelensky - 'Glavkom') expression. When I heard that he (Volodymyr Putin - 'Glavkom') said in Moscow', Lytvyn noted.

One of the users, probably not believing it, asked Lytvyn again if Zelensky said to write that post on platform X. 'Well yes, to post it together with the video', the advisor to the head of state confirmed.

Unusual communication of Zelensky with Putin

Ukrainians online appreciated the unusual communication of the President of Ukraine with the Russian dictator. Most users were curious about how the decision to make such a post was made at all. 'Glavkom' gathered the brightest memes about the president's words that created unity on social media.

As reported, Putin during the telethon said it would be 'very interesting' if Western countries concentrated air defense forces in a specific place in Kyiv, and Russia struck there with an 'Oreshnik' for an experiment. And immediately proposed to choose the strike location in the capital of Ukraine.

'If those Western experts you speak of think so (that there are systems capable of shooting down Russian missiles like 'Oreshnik'), let them offer us and those in the West who pay them for their analysis to conduct some technological experiment, a high-tech duel of the 21st century. Let them determine some target for destruction in Kyiv. Concentrate all their air defense forces there, and we will strike there with an 'Oreshnik'. And let's see what happens. We are ready for such an experiment. Is the other side ready? I think it would be useful to look at that,' the statement reads.
