Russia attacked energy facilities: where in Ukraine there are power outages on November 27.
According to ТСН: As a result of attacks by Russian troops on Ukraine's energy facilities on the morning of November 27, local power outages have been recorded in several regions. Hourly disconnection schedules are in effect in all regions.
This was reported by Ukrenergo.
Attacks on energy facilities and recovery work
In the last 24 hours, Russian forces continued to attack Ukrainian energy facilities, leading to outages in several regions. Repair crews from the regional energy companies are working to restore electricity in areas where it is possible, considering the security situation.
Hourly outages
Due to previous attacks, Ukraine is forced to implement hourly power outages with delays from 0.5 to 2.5 intervals, as well as power restriction schedules for industrial consumers and businesses.
Ukrenergo noted that thanks to the emergency recovery work carried out, the duration of forced power outages has been reduced in most regions. The company urged the population to use electricity sparingly.
Attacks on Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions
It should be noted that on the night of November 26 to 27, Russian troops attacked the Odessa region with strike drones. As a result of the attack, the civilian infrastructure facilities were partially destroyed, and there were also fires that were promptly extinguished. No casualties among the population have been reported.
Additionally, the enemy attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones, and Nikopol was shelled with artillery. As a result of the attack, three people were injured, several fires occurred, and there were reports of destruction, including damage to a kindergarten and private houses.
These events indicate the continued military pressure on Ukraine from Russia, which is reflected not only in armed attacks but also in negative consequences for the energy infrastructure. The situation with electricity outages emphasizes the need for resource conservation and the population's readiness for possible interruptions.
