Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs Service Center Temporarily Closed for Technical Upgrades.
Service Center Operations Suspended
According to TSN.ua: The Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVS) Service Center has temporarily suspended all operations due to unscheduled technical work. As a result, client services are currently unavailable.
The Main Service Center has appealed to citizens for their understanding regarding this situation and has apologized for the temporary inconvenience.
System Updates and New Features
This operational pause coincides with updates to the procedures for filing a European Accident Statement ("Europrotocol") following a traffic collision. The service is also implementing a new mechanism to automatically pull a driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance policy data directly from state registries. Information regarding the resumption of services will be announced separately.
This temporary closure is part of broader efforts to enhance service delivery and improve citizen interaction. The introduction of new features like automatic data retrieval is designed to simplify procedures for drivers and reduce document processing times. Users are advised to monitor official announcements, as the center's reopening will bring improved overall service and greater convenience for the public.
