According to TSN.ua: A court has delivered its verdict against Volodymyr Biliovtsov, who was found responsible for the traffic accident that resulted in the death of blogger Anna Zhuk. The crash occurred on January 24, 2025, and Zhuk died at the scene. This case has drawn significant public attention in Ukraine, highlighting ongoing road safety concerns.
The court's ruling became legally binding on January 27. Volodymyr Biliovtsov received a five-year suspended prison sentence. Additionally, his driver's license was revoked for two years, and he was ordered to pay 42.6 thousand hryvnias in court costs. It is also noted that the driver of the truck in which Biliovtsov was a passenger was seriously injured during the collision.
