Abu Dhabi Hosts Trilateral Talks
According to UATV: High-level negotiations involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia have commenced in Abu Dhabi, beginning on February 4. This marks the second phase of trilateral meetings, where critical issues, including security guarantees for Ukraine, are on the agenda. These talks represent a significant diplomatic effort to address the ongoing conflict.
The Ukrainian delegation includes:

The Russian Federation's delegation is headed by Igor Kostyukov. According to Rustem Umerov, the initial phase of negotiations aims to establish clear frameworks and directives, which have already received presidential approval.
