According to ТСН: In Kharkiv, a driver shot at a military officer of the TCC and SP during a document check. The incident occurred in the Nemishlyansky district on Kharkiv Divisions Street around 9 a.m.

The man being checked for documents fired at the military officer and then fled the scene. Fortunately, the TCC officer was not injured—the bullet passed by, only damaging his uniform.

Arrest of the shooter

Within a few hours, during a special police operation, the location of the shooter was discovered, and he was arrested. It turned out to be a 42-year-old man.

A pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the incident under part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism). The sanction of this article provides for up to seven years of imprisonment.

Currently, the issue of informing the detainee of suspicion is being resolved.

Earlier, law enforcement officers in Odesa arrested a suspect in an armed attack on a military officer of the TCC, who inflicted a knife wound and had been hiding for almost two months.

This incident in Kharkiv highlights the accumulation of security problems in Ukrainian cities, where acts of violence have increased recently. While the investigation continues, law enforcement urges citizens to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities.
