In Khmelnytskyi, heating will be turned on from November 1: how it will take place.
According to inkorr.com: Starting from November 1, the heating season is planned to begin in Khmelnytskyi. The mayor Oleksandr Symchyshyn signed the relevant order to provide heat to residential premises and other consumers in the city, as reported by the publication 'Glavkom'.
«The Department of Infrastructure of the City (V. Novachok), the municipal enterprise 'Khmelnytskteplokomunenergo' (V. Skaliy) are responsible for turning on the heating. It is planned to turn on residential buildings and other consumers in stages starting from November 1, as well as round-the-clock operation of service personnel during the transition of boiler houses and heating networks to operational mode,» the order states.
As of today, the heating season has already started in 13 regions of Ukraine. The Deputy Minister of Community Development, Kostyantyn Kovalchuk noted that this year the season began under extraordinary conditions due to attacks on energy facilities and thermal generation.
Start of the heating season in Kyiv
In Kyiv, heating started to be turned on on October 29 for residential buildings. The capital's mayor Vitali Klitschko emphasized that the launch of the season was carefully planned taking into account weather conditions, proper fuel use, and ensuring the appropriate sanitary conditions.
In addition, the government intends to provide financial assistance to more than 660 thousand Ukrainians for the winter period of 2025-2026. A total of 4.3 billion hryvnias are planned to be allocated from the state budget.
Thus, the heating seasons in Khmelnytskyi and Kyiv are starting, which have been carefully prepared and will be under the control of local authorities. Providing heating to residential buildings and supporting Ukrainians during the winter period is an important task for the comfortable life of citizens in the cold season.
