66-year-old pensioner in Lutsk organized a brothel in his own apartment: court issued a verdict.
According to ТСН: In Lutsk, a 66-year-old pensioner organized a place of debauchery in his own home.
According to the verdict of the Lutsk City District Court, the "businessman" created conditions for providing intimate services in his apartment. He personally found clients and ensured their "transfer" to his apartment, where couples could enjoy romance while he went for a walk.
The case materials do not specify who actually provided these services. Therefore, it remains unclear whether the pensioner turned his home into a real brothel with sex workers or if it was just an "hourly apartment" for those seeking solitude.
His actions were qualified under Article 302 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (creation and maintenance of places of debauchery). At the court hearing, the accused admitted his guilt. The court imposed a fine of 17,000 hryvnias on the man. He will also pay 5,348 hryvnias for conducting expert examinations.
It is worth noting that recently scientists reported that people in the modern world engage in sex less frequently than ever before in history.
This case draws attention to various social phenomena arising in society. The organization of such places of debauchery may indicate a need for people to seek mystery and solitude, even at an age when new experiences can be especially valuable. At the same time, such situations raise questions about the legalization and regulation of intimate services in Ukraine.
