Man Arrested in Lviv Region for Child Pornography Production and Corruption of a Minor.

According to TSN.ua: Police in the Lviv region have exposed a 28-year-old resident of the city of Turka, suspected of producing pornography and corrupting a minor. The man created both child and adult pornographic photographs and videos. According to information, he distributed these materials through his own public Telegram channel, which had one thousand subscribers.
Furthermore, law enforcement established that the suspect repeatedly committed lewd acts against an underage girl. Investigators have informed him of suspicion for crimes under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 3 of Article 301-1
- Part 1 and Part 3 of Article 301
- Part 1 of Article 155
- Part 1 of Article 156
The maximum punishment for these crimes carries a prison term of 8 to 12 years, along with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years. This case highlights the severe legal penalties for such offenses in Ukraine.

A court has chosen pre-trial detention without the right to post bail as the preventive measure for the suspect. This case draws public attention to the problem of child pornography and the protection of minors.
