In Kremenchuk, girls fell from the attraction: what happened in the park.
According to ТСН: In Kremenchuk, Poltava region, two girls aged 14 and 15 were injured when they fell from the attraction during its operation. Both were hospitalized.
Details of the incident
According to the police, the event occurred in the evening at the Prydniprovskiy park. The children were riding the attraction 'Lavka' when the safety railing unexpectedly opened, causing them to fall to the ground.
The prosecutors' office noted that the accident occurred during the attraction's acceleration. Doctors are currently determining the severity of the girls' injuries.
“They are currently in the hospital. The severity of the bodily injuries is being established,” the prosecutors' office said in a statement.
Possible consequences
According to legal liability for this incident, the law provides for punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for a period of two to five years or imprisonment for up to seven years, with the possibility of prohibiting certain positions or activities.
Another incident in Lviv
Additionally, a shooting occurred in Lviv's schoolyard between the parents of students. The children from both families studied in the same class and had a conflict that was attempted to be resolved with the participation of the principal, parents, and a social worker. However, the meeting did not lead to agreement, and the argument continued on the school grounds.
