Deadly Attack in Sloviansk
According to TSN.ua: A police officer was fatally shot in Sloviansk, Donetsk region, on March 19 at approximately 11:30 AM while conducting a routine document check. The victim, Captain Oleh Zakharenko, served as a senior district officer with Police Department No. 4 of the Kramatorsk District Police Administration. The assailant fled the scene, and a manhunt is currently underway.
This incident occurs amid heightened tensions across the country. Notably, on January 27, four police officers were killed in the Cherkasy region while apprehending a murder suspect.
