In Vinnytsia, an entrepreneur was detained for sexual assault on a 12-year-old child.
According to ТСН: The police detained a 43-year-old resident of Vinnytsia, who is suspected of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. According to the investigation, this man, who works as a private entrepreneur, initially communicated with the child via messenger and then committed the crime during a personal meeting.
According to the police of the Vinnytsia region, the detention took place in accordance with the procedure. Currently, the determination regarding the presentation of suspicion and the choice of a preventive measure is ongoing. The investigation confirmed that since September of this year, the suspect had been communicating with the victim on open topics, after which he began insisting on a meeting.
"Not realizing the danger due to her young age, the child agreed to the meeting. The perpetrator arrived at her place of residence in his own car and during the personal meeting committed sexual acts with her. The child only reported the abuse a few days later," the police reported.
Employees of the police department #3 of the Vinnytsia RUP conducted investigative actions and promptly detained the suspect. The actions of the 43-year-old man were classified under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
Part 4 of Article 153 (Sexual violence).
