According to inkorr.com: Energy workers have managed to partially restore damaged equipment, which helps restore electricity for consumers on the left bank of Kyiv. This was reported by the publication 'Glavkom' citing 'Ukrenergo'.

Emergency outages due to attacks and restrictions

As of today, in Kyiv, as well as in Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad regions, and in Zaporizhzhia, compulsory emergency outages have been introduced for industrial consumers.
