The government has renewed the supervisory board of Ukrzaliznytsia: who joined the new composition.
Update of the supervisory board of 'Ukrzaliznytsia'
According to inkorr.com: On October 1, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved decree No. 1090-r, which provides for the renewal of the supervisory board of 'Ukrzaliznytsia'. Four new independent members joined the board: Amelin Anatoly Igorevich, Benkovska Elzbieta Eva, Moklyak Maxim Volodymyrovych, and Khafeir Gepard.
Among the representatives of the state, Serhiy Leshchenko and the newly appointed David Lomdzharia remained. These changes not only updated the board but also retained Leshchenko in the management of 'Ukrzaliznytsia'.
“To elect the candidacies of Amelin Anatoly Igorevich, Benkovska Elzbieta Eva, Moklyak Maxim Volodymyrovych, and Khafeir Gepard to the positions of members of the supervisory board of the joint-stock company 'Ukrainian Railways' as independent members and Leshchenko Serhiy Anatoliyovych and Lomdzharia David Guramovich as representatives of the state,” the statement said.
The latest changes in the composition of the supervisory board of 'Ukrzaliznytsia' took place in December 2024. This step indicates the government's efforts to improve the management of state-owned enterprises.
The change in the composition of the supervisory board is of great importance for the further development of 'Ukrzaliznytsia', as it plays a role in the modernization and optimization of the company’s operations.
