Emergency power outages in several regions: schedules are not working.
According to ТСН: Today, in several regions of Ukraine, the schedules for power outages have stopped working again. Energy companies are implementing emergency power cuts.
This information was provided by local energy companies and NEC "Ukrenergo". In "Ukrenergo" they explained that the limitations have become necessary due to the consequences of attacks on energy infrastructure. In several regions, emergency power outages have already been implemented, which will be canceled only after stabilizing the situation in the energy system.
"Previously published schedules for power outages in regions where emergency outages have been implemented are currently not in effect"
Kharkiv Region
According to local energy company data, emergency outage schedules have been introduced in Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region to stabilize the energy network. Also, hourly outage schedules continue to be in effect.
Sumy Region
In Sumy region, by order of NEC "Ukrenergo", emergency outage schedules for ten queues have been introduced. The local energy company explains that these restrictions are related to damage to the energy system due to the Russian attack.
Poltava Region
Energy company workers noted that at 10:23 they received a command from "Ukrenergo" to introduce emergency outage schedules for ten queues.
"Ukrenergo" also reported that last night energy facilities were attacked in several regions, leading to new outages in Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions.
According to energy workers, electricity consumption remains high, and today measures to limit consumption are being taken across all regions.
As a reminder, the night before during a combined strike, the Russian Federation attacked energy facilities. The infrastructure in the western part of the country, particularly in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, was targeted.
In several regions, there were problems with electricity, and emergency outages were implemented. Also, Khmelnytskyi almost completely lost power. Energy facilities in the region were seriously damaged, and Lviv and Ternopil also lost electricity.
Thus, the situation with electricity supply in Ukraine remains complex. Due to a number of attacks on energy facilities, energy workers continue to take measures to stabilize the system. Consumers are advised to conserve electricity while energy facilities restore their operations.
