According to TSN.ua: In Dnipro, a war veteran named Andriy has reported being beaten and unlawfully detained by individuals he associates with the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCC). The assault occurred on January 27. As a result, Andriy suffered injuries that required a week-long hospital stay. Medical professionals diagnosed him with a closed head injury, concussion, and contusions.

According to Andriy, during the incident, he was surrounded and grabbed by the arms. When he asked what was happening, the response he received was:

“Yeah, basically”
. Shortly after, he was struck on the head. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under the article concerning intentional minor bodily harm.
