The dependence of Russia on North Korean weapons and manpower reveals myths about the power of Moscow, noted the permanent representative of Ukraine to the UN, Serhiy Kyslytsia. During the UN Security Council meeting, he recalled that Russia blocked the extension of the monitoring mission's mandate during the veto voting, thereby undermining the mechanism for monitoring compliance with sanctions. This once again confirms that the regime in Moscow has nothing to do with the purpose of the Security Council's existence, Kyslytsia noted. Moreover, it becomes obvious that the 'power' of Russia is merely a bluff and a gas station with a nuclear bomb. Since 2023, North Korea has been supplying Russia with weapons and ammunition, including ballistic missiles. In fact, the DPRK has become the main supplier of ammunition for Russia in the war against Ukraine, the permanent representative remarked."This is another blow to the myth of the 'second army of the world' - an army that actually relies on global criminals not only for weapons but also for manpower," he emphasized.According to Kyslytsia, if at the beginning of the invasion most Russians killed in the war were representatives of indigenous peoples and other non-Russian ethnic communities, now Moscow targets poor citizens from third-world countries, which indicates the racist and neocolonial nature of the regime.
