According to TSN.ua: An attack on the city of Konotop in the Sumy region has damaged a children's educational facility, private residential homes, and infrastructure. Mayor Artem Semenikhin reported that one private house was destroyed. Information on potential casualties is still being clarified, but the residents are confirmed to be alive.
Mayor Semenikhin also stated that the utility company 'Teploharant' has been instructed to increase the heating supply temperature for residents of the affected five-story building. He expressed concern over reduced city lighting, noting:
