According to TSN.ua: Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine's president, has announced the preparation of groundbreaking ten-year agreements with several Middle Eastern nations, covering collaboration on defense technologies and diesel fuel supplies. These pacts aim to bolster regional security and strengthen bilateral ties between Ukraine and its partner states. Zelensky's diplomatic tour included visits to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Jordan.

Agreement Details and Visit Highlights

On March 26, Zelensky arrived in Saudi Arabia, where a defense cooperation deal between Ukraine and Saudi Arabia was announced the following day. The president described this accord as a vital step in enhancing the defensive capabilities of both countries.

“These are historic agreements,” Zelensky stated, underscoring the significance of the signed pacts.

After leaving Saudi Arabia, Ukraine signed a 10-year defense agreement with Qatar on March 28. It was also revealed that Ukraine has expressed interest in anti-ballistic activities, highlighting the importance of security in the region. On March 29, Zelensky traveled to Jordan, where negotiations for further collaboration are ongoing.
