The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that the summit participants were absolutely clear: Europe will not forget the moral conclusions of this war. He thanked the heads and representatives of the parliaments of partner countries and the European Parliament for their visit on the anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from Russian occupiers. Zelensky noted that work would continue to ensure that Russia's responsibility for the war is palpable. He wrote that it is impossible to normalize what the Russian state and Putin did in Bucha and other cities of Ukraine.
