According to ТСН: A fire occurred at the CHP in the city of Orel, Russian Federation, as a result of a drone attack.
Air defense is operating at the scene.
Local residents filmed the event and spread it on social media.
Attack on the plant and blackout
Earlier, drones struck the Il'sky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region, causing a fire, with smoke rising over the plant.
There was also a report of a massive blackout in the Moscow region. The largest power outages were observed in the cities of Zhukovsky, Litkarino, and Ramenskoye, located to the southeast of Moscow. In these areas, street lighting, traffic lights, and mobile communication were not working.
These events indicate a worsening situation in the region caused by drone attacks. Authorities and emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attacks and restore power supply. The situation remains under control, but residents are concerned about possible new strikes.
