Boiler Explosion Destroys House in Odesa Region: How to Avoid Tragedy.
Explosion of an Electric Boiler in Odesa Region
According to ТСН: An explosion of an electric boiler occurred in the village of Rozselyanets in Odesa region, damaging a residential house. Fortunately, there are no injuries.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, rescuers emphasize the importance of following safety rules, especially during frequent power outages. They recommend:
- always unplug electrical appliances during power outages;
- not leaving boilers, heaters, and other powerful equipment switched on without supervision;
- regularly checking the condition of electrical equipment and wiring.
“Take care of yourselves and your homes,” the State Emergency Service urges.
We remind that due to the destruction of energy infrastructure, part of Odesa and surrounding settlements were left without electricity, water, and heating. Utility services organized the delivery of technical water in tankers, while energy workers operate under constant air raid alerts, often interrupting repair work.
This incident once again underscores the importance of safety when using electrical devices, especially in conditions of instability in electricity supply. Adhering to simple rules can prevent tragic consequences in similar situations.
