Restoration of Communications

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba reported that as a result of the night shelling, 74,500 subscribers in the Odesa region were left without electricity, of which about 65,000 are in Odesa. Some of the outages are related to previous strikes, with nearly 9,000 subscribers without electricity in Artzi.
"All services are already working on restoration. Critical infrastructure is operating on backup power – facilities are powered by generators,
– Kuleba wrote on social media.
He also noted that approximately 85,000 subscribers in Odesa are without heating. Repair works are being carried out in an enhanced mode.
The city authorities organized the delivery of technical water to the areas that experienced interruptions in water supply.
Strikes on Infrastructure
At night, there were also strikes on the territory of the 'Odesa-East' railway station. The electric centralization post and the station building were damaged. An injured railway worker is currently under medical supervision.
"All services – energy workers, railway workers, utility teams, rescuers – are working continuously to return light, heat, and normal functioning of the cities to people,
– the minister summarized.
We remind you that during the attack, critical infrastructure facilities and residential buildings were damaged, and one injured woman was hospitalized. Utility services are currently actively working on the restoration of services and assessing the extent of the damage.
