According to ТСН: As of Tuesday morning, several trains in Ukraine are delayed, including suburban ones. According to information on the official website of 'Ukrzaliznytsia', as of 08:41, a number of passenger regional trains are delayed, some by several hours.
Delays of Suburban Trains
'Ukrzaliznytsia: suburban trains' warned of delays of suburban trains on the following routes:

As it became known, in the morning of December 23, after the attack by the Russian Federation, emergency power outages were introduced in some regions. In particular, schedules are not valid in Kyiv and in neighboring regions - Ternopil, Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr.
Delays in the movement of suburban trains significantly complicate the trips for millions of Ukrainians who use the railway every day. We hope that the situation with restoring power supply and train movement schedules will improve in the near future, and passengers will be able to count on timely flights.
