Uman Court Fines Naked Man for Incident at Gas Station: All Details.

According to ТСН: The Uman District Court found a local resident guilty of committing an administrative offense under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). The incident occurred on the morning of September 6, 2025, at one of the gas stations in the city.

Details of the 'Morning Show'

According to the court's decision, at the 'Sokar' gas station on Independence Street 64, the man, while under the influence of alcoholic beverages, entered the gas station completely naked.

'He demonstrated his genitals to the gas station operator, suggesting that she engage in sexual intercourse, after which he left the premise and, already on the territory of the gas station, relieved himself, thereby committing petty hooliganism,' the protocol states.

The Man Admitted Guilt and Received a Fine

During the court session, the man fully admitted his guilt, confirming the facts outlined in the police report.

Judge Roman Pinkovsky of the Uman District Court concluded that the man's guilt had been established 'beyond a reasonable doubt', particularly due to written explanations from the victim and video surveillance materials.

The violator was imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 119 hryvnias (seven non-taxable minimum incomes) and was charged a court fee of 605 hryvnias and 60 kopecks.

It should be noted that earlier in Zhytomyr, a student received a one-year probationary period for intimate relations with a minor girl.

This incident recorded another loud case in society, which is trying to deal with the problem of drunken behavioral acts. Judicial decisions in similar cases are becoming a signal of the need for enhanced control over public order and the cultivation of individual responsibility.
