According to TSN.ua: New research from scientists at Fudan University in China suggests that regular coffee consumption could reduce the likelihood of developing mental health conditions. The study found that people who drank between two and three cups daily had the lowest risk of psychiatric issues. The analysis included 461,586 participants and tracked them for an average of over 13 years. Researchers accounted for several factors, including:
