According to ТСН: On December 16, strong fog is forecasted in Kyiv, which is why the first level of danger, yellow, has been declared for the city.
Forecasters warn of dangerous meteorological phenomena on this day.

In the next hour, as well as in the first half of the day, fog with visibility of 200-500 meters is expected.
Such weather conditions may complicate transportation movement.
In addition, on December 16, it will be mostly cloudy in Ukraine with clearings, mostly without precipitation. The capital will also remain cloudy with clearings, without rain. In the morning, fog is possible in the region. The temperature during the day in Kyiv will be between +3°...+5°C.
Fog can significantly complicate visibility on the roads, so drivers should be especially careful. Forecasters advise planning trips taking into account weather conditions and considering possible traffic jams on routes.
