The Death of Blogger Maria Magdalena in Thailand: Police Consider Two Versions.
Tragedy Involving Blogger Maria Magdalena
According to ТСН: Model and popular plastic surgery advocate Maria Magdalena died after falling from the ninth-floor balcony of a hotel in Thailand. The incident occurred in the resort town of Phuket.
According to police information, the woman's body was found by hotel workers in the parking lot of the Patong Tower complex after 1:30 PM. She had stayed at the hotel for just one night, dying a few hours after her arrival.
Shortly before the tragedy, Maria posted a mysterious message on social media — the final scene from the movie 'The Truman Show,' where the character said:
“And if I don't see you — good day, good evening, and good night.”
Moreover, the blogger changed her Instagram username to MaryMagdaleneDied, which raised concern among her followers.
The woman's real name was Denise Yvonne Jarvis Gongora. She rose to fame in 2018 after a scandalous surgery, resulting in what was called the 'thickest vagina in the world.' This procedure almost cost her life and required two blood transfusions.
Maria grew up in Canada in a religious family where even watching Disney cartoons was forbidden. She began rebelling at the age of 12, experimenting with alcohol and drugs, and at 17, she started working as a stripper.
Path to Plastic Surgery
Her fascination with plastic surgery began at the age of 21 after an unsuccessful breast operation in Mexico. Since then, she traveled the world in search of new implants, underwent rhinoplasty, Brazilian butt lift, and many other procedures. Overall, the woman spent over 505 thousand dollars on surgeries.
In May of this year, Maria got an unusual neon-green tattoo on her eyeball, which caused problems due to the leaking ink that stained the surrounding skin. She also tattooed her body with black pigment, covering previous tattoos.
The blogger ran a YouTube channel where she openly shared her surgery experiences, discussed beauty standards, and societal attitudes toward plastic surgery. In one of her videos, Maria noted that she doesn't encourage others to follow her path, emphasizing that plastic surgery has become part of her public image.
In 2023, she admitted that her addiction to surgeries nearly led to her death and caused serious financial difficulties. In March, she had to remove 38J breast implants when one of them ruptured. However, later she decided to augment her breasts again, installing an expander — an inflatable implant that gradually expands with saline solution.
The circumstances surrounding Maria Magdalena's death are currently being investigated, and law enforcement agencies consider various theories — from suicide to homicide.
It is noteworthy that the tragedy involving Maria Magdalena has caused significant resonance on social media. Her shocking story once again highlights the risks faced by individuals undergoing plastic surgery. Increased attention to this topic may spark broader discussions about beauty standards and their impact on youth.Read also
