The air temperature in the region at night will fluctuate from -1 to -6 degrees, and during the day from -4 degrees to +1. In the capital, at night, 3–5 degrees of frost is expected, while during the day the temperature will remain around 0°.
Meteorologists also provide a warning about dangerous meteorological phenomena. On December 14, ice removal is expected on the roads, and during the day, build-up of wet snow may occur, which increases the level of danger (yellow).
