According to ТСН: An accident occurred in the village of Novy Starodub: a vehicle from the TCC notification group allegedly hit a man on a moped during a chase through a narrow alley. According to the information provided, the accident happened around December 13. Relatives and witnesses claim that Oleksandr Chvalka, who was riding a moped, was hit by a white Renault Duster during the chase through a narrow alley.
'At the same time, villagers saw the moment of the incident and noted that the vehicle had traces of damage. According to the victim's sister Irina, the car was civilian, and the people were in camouflage. The family is very worried that the circumstances of the event may be distorted and those responsible may evade accountability. The main thing now is to save the person's life,' the local public message reads.
The family also emphasized the need for financial assistance for the man's treatment.
Official Statement from TCC and SP
The Kirovohrad Regional Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support (TCC and SP) issued an official statement denying its involvement in the incident. The TCC refuted the information about the allegedly occurred incident with the notification group and called this information 'untrue'.
'On 13.12.2025, during notification activities and verification of military accounting documents, a resident of the village of Novy Starodub attempted to escape in a personal vehicle, losing control and colliding with a metal fence. The military personnel from the notification group took all possible measures to provide necessary assistance and prevent threat to the life and health of the citizen. Any intentional illegal actions on the part of the military personnel of TCC and SP were not committed,' stated the TCC.
In addition, the TCC urged citizens not to spread unverified information that could undermine trust in the Defense Forces and emphasized the necessity of complying with legal requirements of authorized persons during the martial law period.
It is also reported that in Odesa, the beating of a military serviceman, the defender of Mariupol, Roman Pokyidko, is being investigated, in which, according to activists, employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC) were involved. The Odesa TCC has already initiated an internal investigation.
