According to ТСН: In the Rivne region, a 22-year-old young man corrupted his three-year-old sister. For this crime, he received five years of imprisonment.

The crime occurred in June 2023, when the young man was alone at home with the child. At that time, the girl was only three years old.

“In order to satisfy his own sexual desire, the accused violated her sexual inviolability. In particular, he committed sexual violence not related to penetration into the girl’s body,” the statement says.

During the trial, the accused did not admit his guilt, but the prosecutors provided the court with irrefutable evidence of his crime.

The young man is currently in a pre-trial detention center. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force, so the parties can appeal it in the appellate court.

In addition, a similar incident occurred in Kyiv when a pedophile committed a crime against the 7-year-old daughter of his acquaintances, and it was all filmed.
