According to ТСН: On the night of January 13, Russian troops struck with rockets at the terminal of 'Nova Poshta' in the village of Korotych in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the attack, four people died, and another four were injured and are currently in the hospital.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synehubov. He stated that two of the deceased had already been identified, while the identities of the other two are currently being established through expert examinations.

According to preliminary information, a rocket hit a shelter that was almost completely destroyed. Two people died, while two employees who were nearby survived; two more died at the terminal.

The company 'Nova Poshta' clarified that all the deceased were civilian employees: two from the sorting center and two drivers from a partner courier company.

In particular, it is reported about the death of:

  • Victor Parkhomenko, 37 years old

  • Taras Vovk, 34 years old

  • Yevheniya Yermakova, 39 years old

  • Dmytro Zakharov, 23 years old

All emergency services are working at the scene. According to Synehubov, the object is purely civilian, and there were no military formations or equipment on the territory. He also emphasized that this is not the first strike on the enterprise: Russian troops have effectively attacked this logistics facility for the fourth time.

It should be noted that Russia has again struck at the terminal of 'Nova Poshta' in Kharkiv region. During the night, the occupants conducted a combined strike on the village of Novyi Korotych, cynically hitting a civilian enterprise during a working shift. As a result, four people died, and over thirty were injured.

This attack highlights the ongoing risks to civilian objects in Ukraine, especially in areas of active combat. Unfortunately, such tragedies are becoming part of everyday life as communities try to restore their lives in conditions of war and instability.
