The assault targeted two districts of the city: Industrialnyi and Nemyshlianskyi, resulting in injuries to 27 civilians. This attack is part of a wider pattern of Russian strikes on urban centers far from the front lines.
Extensive Damage to Civilian Infrastructure
The drone strikes caused significant damage to multiple civilian sites, including:

- A student dormitory
- A hospital
- A maternity hospital
A Shahed drone also struck a private house in the Nemyshlianskyi district. Oleg Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, provided an update on the casualties:

This assault is part of Russia's ongoing war of aggression against Ukraine, which has repeatedly led to civilian casualties. The situation in the region remains tense, with emergency and medical services working around the clock to aid the wounded and manage the destruction.
