Russians attacked Kharkiv with 'Grom-E1' missile (photo).

In the evening of August 31, Russia attacked the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv with a 'Grom-E1' missile from the territory of the Belgorod region. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Spartak Borysenko.

'The missile hit the roadway near a multi-story residential building. The building’s windows were completely shattered, and cars, industrial buildings, and administrative premises were also damaged,' Borysenko noted.

According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the enemy had previously attacked Kharkiv with a 'Grom-E1' missile. Its warhead is 315 kg, and its flight range can reach up to 120 km. This missile is more powerful and precise than the FAB-500.

Borysenko also reported that currently, three people are known to have suffered stress as a result of the Russian attack.

In the evening of August 31, an explosion occurred in Kharkiv. As a result of a guided aerial bomb hitting the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv, residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that one person had sought medical help: an acute reaction to stress in a 13-year-old girl. Later, the number of victims increased to two: doctors provided assistance to a 20-year-old woman.

It is worth noting that on August 31, Kharkiv declared a day of mourning for the victims of an enemy attack that took place in the city on August 30. As a result of the Russian attack, six people died, including a 14-year-old girl who was killed near a playground. Additionally, 97 people were injured, 22 of whom are children. The condition of five children is satisfactory, while a 17-year-old girl is in serious condition.

It should be reminded that on August 30, Russian occupiers bombarded Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. One of the strikes targeted the central part of Kharkiv, hitting a 12-story residential building.
