Russia attacked the thermal generation in Kherson: the city may be left without heating.
According to ТСН: On December 17, Russian troops attacked a thermal generation facility in Kherson, which may lead to interruptions in heating supply.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Continuous attacks by the enemy
The head of the military administration noted that the enemy continues to continuously attack thermal generation facilities in Kherson. As a result of further strikes, there may be problems with heating supply.

Additional shelling and its consequences
Recall that on December 13, Kherson and part of the region were left without electricity due to a massive shelling by Russia. Local residents were forced to switch to generators.
On December 15, the occupiers shelled the Ship District of Kherson, hitting the private sector. This led to damage to residential buildings, a garage, and a car. The Kherson Regional Military Administration also published a video of the aftermath of the shelling.
These events are occurring against the backdrop of constant attacks by Russian troops on critical infrastructure in Ukraine, which is causing serious problems for the civilian population. Residents of Kherson are suffering from a constant shortage of resources and threats to safety, while the shelling only exacerbates this situation.
