According to TSN.ua: On March 31, Russian forces launched a drone assault on the city of Chuhuiv in the Kharkiv region, resulting in significant destruction and multiple casualties. The enemy struck a second time as law enforcement officers were responding to the initial hit, compounding the devastation.
The attack damaged a workshop and equipment, and sparked a fire. Approximately 15 private homes suffered damage, with roofs, windows, and personal property affected. Two police officers were injured and hospitalized. Additionally, a 68-year-old woman received on-site medical aid, while a 43-year-old woman was hospitalized with a severe traumatic brain injury.
Ongoing Emergency Response
Regional Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported that the enemy deployed over 46 drones of various types during this assault. The situation remains tense, and local emergency services continue to work on mitigating the aftermath.
