Russian bomb fell on a kindergarten in Belgorod: details of the incident.
According to ТСН: Russian pilots continue to strike their own cities. Recently, a kindergarten was hit in Belgorod.
The situation and attempts by authorities to conceal information were reported by the Telegram channel ASTRA.
FAB-500 on the playground
The incident occurred at kindergarten No. 55. The governor of Belgorod region Gladkov confirmed that there was a case of "falling ammunition," but did not specify to whom it belongs.
"There was a fall of ammunition — the Ministry of Defense's explosives experts are making decisions about its disposal," said the official, adding that there are no casualties.
However, sources in the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed that a Russian aerial bomb FAB-500 fell on the kindergarten, resulting in a characteristic crater.
Mass evacuation
Due to the explosion threat, rescue services quickly evacuated 216 people, including 167 children.
The risk of danger also affected neighboring houses:
Rescue services evacuated residents within a radius of 300 meters.
Approximately 1400 people managed to leave on their own.
Another 25 people were accommodated in temporary shelters.
The bomb was removed and transported to the disposal site only on the night of December 13.
Systemic problem
This incident is not the first time Russian bombs have hit their own citizens. For instance, on December 6, a Russian bomber dropped a FAB on an apartment building in Belgorod, resulting in one injury and power outages for 15,000 subscribers.
According to reporters, the statistics of "friendly fire" is shocking:
In 2024, at least 165 aerial bombs fell in RF and occupied Ukrainian territories.
Since the beginning of 2025, 135 incidents of bombs falling (128 FABs and 7 UMPBs) and three rockets have already been recorded.
These events only emphasize the serious problem faced by civilians in Russia. Explosions resulting from accidents demonstrate the risks associated with the conduct of military operations on the territory of the country. The authorities' desire to conceal the details of such incidents threatens people's safety and reveals systemic shortcomings in control over military activities.
