During a meeting held by Oleksandr Syrskiy, the results of the Ukrainian army's activities in July were analyzed. This month turned out to be extremely difficult due to the intense offensives of the Russian aggressor on almost all front lines.

According to the Commander-in-Chief, the most difficult situation has developed in the Pokrovsk, Dobropil, and Novopavlivsk directions. However, in the North Slobozhansk direction, our forces have made significant achievements in liberating areas of the Sumy region and are actively continuing combat operations in the Kursk region.

In response to the intensification of shelling of peaceful cities and rear infrastructure, Ukraine is enhancing its air defense and expanding the use of interception drones, Syrskiy reported.'In July, significant successes were achieved in the use of DeepStrike weaponry. As a result of strikes on more than a dozen enemy military-industrial complex facilities, production capacities, ammunition depots, airfields, training grounds, defensive, electromechanical, chemical, and oil refining plants were destroyed', Syrskiy stressed.

Enemy losses in July

The Commander-in-Chief presented statistics on the losses of the Russian occupier in July. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the total losses of Russian troops this month exceeded 33,200 personnel, which is 800 more than in June.

'Despite this, the Russian Federation continues to increase its military groupings by 9,000 soldiers every month and plans to form 10 new divisions by the end of the year (two have already been created)', the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated.

That is why Ukraine needs to continue taking mobilization measures, increase combat readiness, and strengthen the drone support of its troops.

Syrskiy also expressed gratitude to Ukrainian soldiers for their resilience, professionalism, and successful defeats of the enemy. He noted that another difficult month lies ahead, during which intensified enemy attacks are expected.
