According to a popular real estate website, the median price of houses in the villages around Kyiv is 4.8 million UAH (114 thousand USD).
Buying a House in Kyiv Region
The most expensive houses can be found in the following localities of Kyiv region:
- Plyuty (Obukhiv district, 17.3 km to Kyiv) — 47.5 million UAH/1,127 thousand USD
- Kozyn (Obukhiv district, 15 km to Kyiv) — 39.6 million UAH/939 thousand USD
- Lebedivka (Vyshgorod district, 18 km to Kyiv) — 31.3 million UAH/743 thousand USD
- Lisnyky (Obukhiv district, 23 km to Kyiv) — 25 million UAH/593 thousand USD

The description states that this luxurious premium-class housing has its own access to the Dnipro, a dock, and an author’s design in classical style. The price is 8,094,030 USD (344.4 million UAH). To purchase it, a Ukrainian with an average salary would need to save a little less — around 13 thousand years.
What Can You Buy for Up to 200 Thousand USD
