TCC Removes Drivers from Route Buses: Shmyhal Addressed Ministry of Defense.
Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal is preparing an address to the Ministry of Defense regarding unacceptable situations of removing drivers from route buses by TCC employees. He also instructed to investigate cases where wounded soldiers are forced to visit medical commissions themselves. Shmyhal said this during the Government Question Hour in the Verkhovna Rada. Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal stated that he would ask the Ministry of Defense to work with the TCC and SP regarding situations where route bus drivers are removed from routes by TCC representatives, as this is unacceptable.
When the TCC removes drivers from a bus, well, it's also an unacceptable situation when just a route bus is going and the driver is taken away. I will ask the Ministry of Defense to work with the TCC to ensure that such things do not happen again”, – said Shmyhal, commenting on the situation when TCC representatives take drivers at bus stations.
Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal instructed the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health to investigate and take measures regarding situations where wounded soldiers are forced to independently go to military medical commissions (WLC), as soldiers should not do this and it is an unacceptable situation.
It was previously reported that TCC employees stopped a bus with passengers that was running the route “Warsaw – Odessa”. During the document check, it turned out that the driver had not updated his military registration data, and he was asked to go to the TCC. While the driver was being escorted to the TCC, the bus passengers blocked the road.
