Diia will restrict access to services for IDPs: what is happening and when access will be restored.
According to ТСН: On Saturday, December 6, users in the ‘Diia’ app who are applying for services related to internally displaced persons (IDPs) may encounter temporary access restrictions.
The press service of ‘Diia’ reported that these restrictions are related to planned technical work in the Unified Information Database of IDPs. The team from the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine is working on improving the stability, performance, and security of the system to ensure more effective functioning of the service.
Restoration of access to services
It is noted that by tomorrow, December 7, access to all services will be fully restored, and users will be able to continue using online services without hindrance.
It is reminded that earlier users reported widespread errors in the ‘Diia’ app. The service confirmed the presence of failures, the cause of which lies in the implementation of the program
“Winter Support”.
The technical work that was conducted in the system is aimed at improving its performance, which should positively affect users in the future. The restoration of access to services will allow internally displaced persons to receive necessary support without obstacles.
