According to police information, the conflict occurred on Akademika Yangelya Street between residents and the crew of 'CEK'. Preliminary findings suggest that the cause of the quarrel is related to power outages.
The law enforcement agencies are clarifying the circumstances of the incident and promise to provide a legal assessment based on the results of the investigation in accordance with current legislation.
It has also been reported that in one of the neighborhoods of Dnipro, people attacked an energy crew that had arrived for the manual disconnection of electricity in their homes.
