Russians attacked rescuers in Druzhkivka with an FPV drone: four injured.
According to ТСН: In Druzhkivka, located in the Donetsk region, Russian military forces attacked rescuers who were responding to a call about a fire. The attack was carried out using an FPV drone, resulting in four employees of the State Emergency Service being injured.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as a result of the hostile drone hitting the rescue vehicle, they were hospitalized. The fire truck was also damaged.
The SES emphasized that the Russian military deliberately targets emergency service workers who risk their lives every day to rescue civilians and mitigate the consequences of shelling.
"Such actions are further evidence that the aggressor stops at nothing and deliberately violates the norms of international humanitarian law!"
Let us remind you that earlier, on December 17, Russian occupiers attacked a thermal power generation facility in Kherson. The head of the regional state administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, warned about potential heating disruptions.
These events highlight the difficult situation in the combat zone, where SES workers risk their lives to save others. Attacks on rescuers indicate an increase in aggression and deliberate actions by the enemy, which endangers not only the safety of military personnel but also of civilians. Such incidents remind us of the need to protect humanitarian norms even in wartime.
